UNDERTAKING
This is to certify that ISLAMIA FARIDIYA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, KISHTWAR (J&K),fulfills all norms:
1. Stipulated by the affiliating University (The University Of Jammu); and
2. The Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir;
3. The affilation and the recognition is valid as on date (for the Session 2010-11).
{ Note:- The University of Jammu extends its affilaition to this College on yearly basis after making an annual inspection by a duly constituted team of inspectors. This year, as usual, the team of inspectors headed by Director Colleges Development Council, The University of Jammu made an on-spot inspection of the College on 12th Nov. 2011.
The extension of affiliation for the current session of 2011-12 is awaited. However, it is in place to mention that the University has approved the admission of 310 students for the current Session 2011-12 after conducting the counseling of candidates in the University Campus itself. Besides the management of the College has admitted 24 students under management quota alloted by the University
The conditions stipulated by the affiliating University and the Govt. of J&K are being fulfilled by the institution from time to time. However, some faculty members of the college, though appointed on regular basis by the management,give up their jobs during the mid of the Session as and when they get Govt jobs. This is also due to the fact that the college is not getting permanent affiliation from the university which is again subject to the assessment and accreditation by the NAAC }
4. It is noted that NAAC's accreditation, if granted shall stand cancelled automatically once the institution loses its affiliation or recognition by the regulatory council as the case may be.
5. In case the undertaking submitted by our institution is found to be false then the accreditation given by NAAC is liable to be withdrawn.
