The Management Committee of the College on the recommendations of the Selection Committee approved by the University of Jammu appoints the faculty for the college as per the norms and guidelines laid down by Govt of J&K, Higher Education Department and the affiliating University. However,the College Management/Principal makes adhoc/mid-gap arrangement of the faculty in case of vacancy/ies occuring during the session.Presently the College is headed by a qualified and experienced Principal,Prof(Dr)Abdul Hameed Khan, former Principal of Govt Degree College/Govt College of Education.
