The College is managed by the Management Committee duly Constituted/approved by the affiliating University in accordance with the rules framed by the J&K Govt(J&K GOVT private Colleges Controll and Regulation Act of 2002 and SRO 339 of 2005). The Management Committee of the College constituted for the years 2012-14 Comprises of the Trust members,University and Govt Nominees, Nominees of the Chairperson of the Trust, College Staff.They represent intellectuals, educational and legal experts, eminent professors of the university, Principal of Govt College of Education as nominee of the state Govt. and the Principal of this College.
